At Eterna Customs, we stand by the craftsmanship of our bespoke garments and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your custom piece isn't a perfect fit, we are committed to making it right through our streamlined resolution process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eterna Customs account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
